Divitt Trumpets
Handmade Trumpets. Built in Toronto.
A Working Player’s Trumpet. These horns weren’t drawn up overnight. They come from years of brass repair, custom work, and real feedback from working musicians. The goal is simple: a trumpet that feels comfortable in the hands, speaks easily across the range, and stays consistent from gig to gig.
-
Dependable build quality – Modern valve blocks and carefully fit slides.
-
Balanced feel – Weight and bracing chosen for stability without feeling bulky.
-
Real-world testing – Each horn is played and adjusted for response and intonation before it leaves the shop.

Built by Hand. Built to Play.
Divitt Trumpets are built by hand in Toronto, Canada by Ewan Divitt. Every trumpet is made to order using either Getzen or MAW valves and Taylor bells, with careful attention paid to feel, response, and sound.
Designed for Real-World Playing.
Each model is designed to strike the right balance of feedback and projection, so it feels comfortable and confident in any playing situation. Throughout the design process, horns are taken out on real gigs and tested by Ewan and any other trumpet player willing to give one a spin. If it doesn’t work on the bandstand, it doesn’t make the cut.

Divitt is a small, independent shop run by a skilled trumpet player and brass technician. The same hands that build and service your instrument also play and carefully test it in the shop. Every horn, repair, and accessory is chosen for how it feels and responds to the player, not just how it looks on paper.
