Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our instruments, materials, and process.
Where are Divitt Trumpets made?
Divitt Trumpets instruments are built by hand in our shop in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. From raw components to final setup, each instrument is assembled, fitted, and play-tested in-house.
Are Divitt Trumpets handmade?
Yes. Every Divitt trumpet is built by hand, one at a time. Each instrument receives individual attention throughout the entire build process, resulting in a horn that is uniquely responsive and personal to the player.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials and components sourced from trusted suppliers. No materials or components used in Divitt trumpets are sourced from China. All final assembly, fitting, soldering, alignment, and finishing are done in our Toronto shop.
Do you offer custom builds?

Build times vary depending on the model and current workload. Because every instrument is built to order, timelines are estimates and will be confirmed when your order is placed.
Can I try a Divitt trumpet before buying?
If you’re local, you’re welcome to visit the shop by appointment to try instruments. If you’re not nearby, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you find the right fit or answer any questions before ordering.
