About Divitt Trumpets
Established in 2014, Divitt Trumpets & Brasswind is an independent brass shop in Toronto, Canada, focused on building, maintaining, and upgrading the instruments players rely on every day. We design and assemble custom Divitt trumpets, offer full-service Brasswind repair for everything from student horns to pro setups, and make / supply accessories that actually solve real-world playing problems.
In the workshop we build Divitt trumpets one at a time, using quality components and real gig feedback to dial in response, intonation, and feel. The same bench is also home to our repair work: cleanings, dent removal, valve and slide work, soldering, overhauls, and custom modifications for all brass instruments from Piccolo Trumpet to Tuba.
We also offer a small but carefully chosen range of accessories, including Divitt practice mutes, the Buzzkill buzzing tool, valve oils and slide products, and fully custom finger buttons with a wide variety of inlay options.
Whether you’re sending in a workhorse horn for a clean, looking for a new custom trumpet, or just need a better mute or buzz tool, the goal is the same: gear that feels great, responds reliably, and lets you focus on making music.
