Divitt Trumpets is a Canadian brass instrument maker and repair shop based in Toronto, Ontario. All instruments are built and serviced in-house with care, precision, and respect for the craft.

Product Information & Pricing

All instruments are handmade and built to order unless otherwise specified. Because of the custom nature of our work, variations in finish, appearance, and response are normal and part of what makes each instrument unique.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any quoted price will be confirmed at the time of order.

Deposits on custom instruments are non-refundable. Full payment terms will be clearly outlined before an order is placed.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-built nature of our instruments, returns are generally not accepted once production has begun.

Accessories and non-custom items may be eligible for return within a reasonable timeframe, provided they are unused and in original condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

Warranty

Divitt Trumpets instruments are built to last and are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance

• Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized technicians

Warranty claims must be approved by Divitt Trumpets prior to any repair work.

 

Divitt Practice Mutes come with a lifetime warranty. If you ever have an issue, simply send us a photo and we will replace it free of charge. Replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Repairs & Service

All repair work is performed in-house. While every effort is made to meet quoted timelines, completion dates are estimates and may vary depending on workload and complexity. Divitt Trumpets is not responsible for damage caused by prior repairs, shipping, or third-party modifications.

Limitation of Liability

Divitt Trumpets shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Use of any product purchased from Divitt Trumpets is at the customer’s own risk.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through this website (such as contact forms or order inquiries) is used solely to communicate with you and fulfill requests or orders.
