Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Divitt Trumpets ships worldwide from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Because many of our instruments are handmade and built to order, shipping timelines vary depending on the item. Estimated build or fulfillment times will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase or order confirmation. Once an item has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country or carrier. Divitt Trumpets is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or shipping carriers.
If you have a deadline or special shipping request, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for understanding their local import regulations. Any customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Returns
Due to the custom-built nature of our instruments, returns are not accepted on custom or built-to-order items once production has begun. Non-custom items such as accessories may be eligible for return, provided they are unused, in original condition, and approved in advance. Return requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, Divitt Trumpets is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers. We will assist where possible, but final resolution is subject to the carrier’s policies.
