Laurentian

Versatile pro trumpet. Priced for every player. Built in Toronto.

The Laurentian was created with a simple goal: to build a versatile professional trumpet with the character and refinement of a boutique instrument, without the boutique price tag.

At the heart of the Laurentian is a .460" medium-large Hoxon valve block, paired with a red brass 72-style bell for a rich, full sound with excellent presence and projection. A newly developed leadpipe taper helps give the instrument an open, responsive feel with the flexibility to move comfortably between different playing styles.

German-made bracing and mouthpiece receiver components complete the design, with every Laurentian carefully assembled, fitted, and finished in our Toronto workshop.

For us, that final part matters.

Rather than outsourcing the complete assembly of the instrument, we build each Laurentian in our shop, where we can control the fit, alignment, setup, and final playability of every horn. We believe that attention to detail is what transforms a collection of great components into a great trumpet.

The result is a horn with a rich tonal core, immediate response, and an easy, balanced feel throughout the register—versatile enough to feel at home in orchestral, commercial, jazz, concert band, or everyday professional playing.

Whether you're stepping into your first professional instrument or simply looking for one trumpet that can handle almost anything you ask of it, the Laurentian was built to deliver professional performance without requiring a $5,000+ investment.

A professional trumpet, built differently.
